Salon’s Privacy, Terms and Condition

As a salon we are insured by FARADAY and care about our client’s wellbeing both prior to, during and after treatment. We would therefore ask that you read our terms and conditions below, so that we may ensure that you will enjoy your treatment and visit to the salon. Thank You.

For your own health and safety and to comply with salon policy, patch testing for eyelash and eyebrow tinting must be carried out at least 24 hours prior to treatment.

Colour patch test require at least 48 hrs prior to the colour.

In certain circumstances (sensitive skins, some medications) patch testing for waxing and gel nails may also be applicable, please ask for further details.

With regret due to health and safety regulations please consider making other arrangements for your children when you come for your treatment. A salon is not the safest place for a child, since hot tools, very sharp objects, and chemicals are in regular use. Our therapists are unable to carry out your treatment if they also need to keep an eye on child safety. We as a salon want to ensure that both you and our other clients receive a relaxing treatment.

If you have any allergies, particularly to nuts, seafood or wheat, please advise us at the time of booking as some of our oils and products are not suitable, we can then advise you on an alternative oil and treatment.

Any complaint or comment regarding your treatments should be made in the first instance to a therapist before you leave the salon so that it can be resolved at the time.

Our products are sold as brand new and for personal use only. We cannot give refunds on any products sold to due to personal hygiene and health and safety reasons.

All our treatments are carried out by qualified therapists. If you have had a treatment that you are unsatisfied with please contact the salon immediately and speak to the manager. We cannot give refunds on any treatments but we will look into your concerns immediately and do what is required to keep you happy.

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your face or body treatment. This will give you plenty of time to check in, take a seat in at our comfortable reception area, fill out any necessary consultation forms and enjoy tea, coffee or choice of any herbal tea at reception.

Pets are not allowed in our salon under any circumstances. We do apologise for any inconvenience.

We are not able to accept payments by American Express or cheque. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.
At Oxyspa we take your privacy seriously and only use the information we collect to provide our services. We never sell your information and will only share with a third party to fulfil a service to you.

At any time, you may request a copy of information we have recorded about you. You may also request we remove all identifiable information with respect to yourself. As a matter of course, we will delete your identifiable information if you have not undertaken business with us after 2 years.

Depending on the particular service/s we are providing we may be required to ask questions related to your medical history. We will obtain your consent prior to storing information related to your medical history. Examples of medical data may be allergies, pregnancy or an injury that may impact our service.

We will not undertake phone, mail, email or SMS marketing without you first providing consent for us to do so. Our marketing campaigns are automated and use rules based on services and products purchased and information we collect from you. Of course, you may opt out of receiving marketing material at any time.

We will contact you via phone, email or SMS to confirm appointments made and remind you of upcoming appointments. £50 deposit is required to secure the booking over £200.

Your beauty treatment appointment is reserved specifically for you. We therefore ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations and ‘no show’ appointments cost us precious time and money, therefore if we receive less than 24 hours notice of cancellation 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. “No shows’ will be charged the full cost of the treatment.

Any future appointments will be cancelled until debt is paid.
